| Error During Mechanical Movement
The following
messages will be displayed on the screen when error occurs. There may be more than
one possible cause and correction procedure, the priority is listed in sequence.

PRESS ERROR ******** 042"
Cause: Stall during shuttle movement.
Correction:
1.) Examine 1/2 HP
motor brushes, replace if required.
2.) Replace Motor
Controller.
3.) Examine Shuttle Opto
Interrupter.
4.) Replace Gear Box.
5.) Replace 1/2 HP Shuttle
Motor.
6.) Damaged Data Ribbon

PRESS ERROR ******** 044"
Cause: Invalid shuttle end limit signal during
movement.
Correction:
1.) Examine "shuttle
out" opto if occurs during shuttle forward.
2.) Examine "shuttle
retract" opto if occurs during shuttle retract.
