| Error During Mechanical Movement
The following
messages will be displayed on the screen when error occurs. There may be more than
one possible cause and correction procedure, the priority is listed in sequence.

PRESS ERROR ******** 002"
Cause: 3/4 HP motor stalls during vertical press
travel.
Correction:
1.) Replace Motor
Controller.
2.) Examine 3/4 HP motor
brushes, replace if required.
3.) Replace 3/4 HP Press Motor.
"********
PRESS ERROR ******** 008"
Cause: No 60 Hz power to Motor Controller
Correction:
1.) Examine and replace
Motor Controller fuse if required.
2.) Measure external AC power
source.
3.) Replace Motor Controller.
4.) Damaged data cable to Motor
Controller.
"********
PRESS ERROR ******** 012"
Cause: Motor stall when press home.
Correction:
1.) Defective Motor
Controller.
2.) Examine 3/4 HP Press
Motor Brushes.
3.) Possible damaged press
opto interrupter B.
4.) Defective 3/4 HP press
motor.
"********
PRESS ERROR ******** 014"
Cause: Invalid press top limit signal during
homing press.
Correction:
1.) Replace
Press Top Opto Interrupter.
