| Error During Mechanical Movement
The following
messages will be displayed on the screen when error occurs. There may be more than
one possible cause and correction procedure, the priority is listed in sequence.

LIMIT OPTO FAIL****"
"****OVER
LIMIT OPTO FAIL****"
"****DATA
READ ERROR **** P, 0000 0000"
Cause: Incorrect data readings from the opto
assembly.
Correction:
1.) Call TTI if the problem
occurs more than once a week.
"****EMERGENCY
STOP****"
Cause: Emergency stop switches engaged.
Correction:
1.) Release switches.
2.) Damaged data ribbon
cable if switches are functioning properly.
"****
PRESS OVER LIMIT ****"
Cause: Press over limit opto is blocked.
Correction:
1.) Press
cursor down key to clear the opto.
2.) Examine
opto sensor alignment.
3.) Examine
for damaged data ribbon cable.
