With the Introduction of the Series 3000 Test System, TTI was able to incorporate many of the stronger points of other tests systems, while eliminating their weaker points. The final outcome was a product that incorporated features that were previously, unavailable from other manufacturer's of Universal Grid Bare Board Test Systems.

Test Technology International, Inc. has been based in Carson City, Nevada for the past decade. In 1991, Test Technology International, Inc introduced a smaller scale version of the Universal Grid Tester with the TTI Model 1400.
